Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nfurl at nfurl.app and studio.nfurl.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Nfurl.
What Nfurl is
Nfurl lets you claim a handle, verify accounts you own, and publish pages of links and product recommendations. Verification confirms account ownership; it is not an endorsement by, or an affiliation with, YouTube, Google, or any other platform.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for anyone you invite to it.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
Handles and ownership
Handles are claimed, not owned in perpetuity. Unclaimed handles are reserved placeholders. We may reclaim or reassign a handle that infringes a trademark, impersonates someone, or is used in bad faith. Person-named pages are for that person; collaborative content, if offered, lives only on topic pages.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant Nfurl the license needed to host and display it on your public pages.
- You are responsible for your content, including that you have the right to use any images, text, and links you add.
- You are responsible for complying with the law where you operate, including disclosing affiliate or sponsored relationships (for example, FTC or equivalent rules). Nfurl does not add affiliate tags to your links.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nfurl to break the law, infringe others' rights, impersonate people or brands, post malware or deceptive links, scrape or overload the service, or attempt to bypass verification or security. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Third-party platforms
Verification and features that rely on YouTube, Google, and other platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms. Your use of YouTube features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or policies.
Paid features
Some features (such as claiming and verifying a handle, or team and multi-profile plans) may be paid. Pricing and terms for paid features will be shown before you buy. This section will expand when billing is enabled.
Availability and changes
Nfurl is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nfurl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using Nfurl and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Barcelona, Spain have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
